I’m so excited to introduce my dear friend, Juli Causey today!
Juli is an Independent Rep with a clothing company called CAbi (Carol Anderson by Invitation). CAbi makes the most amazing clothes. Not only are they stylish, but the quality is impeccable. The styles are made to flatter every figure, enhancing curves where you need them and minimizing them where you don’t, all through the play of lines and draping. And no matter how dressy the clothes appear, they are all so comfortable you almost feel like you’re wearing your favorite pajamas.
Juli has the fun job of helping women find styles that fit them by size and personality. CAbi has two selling seasons a year, fall/winter and spring/summer. You can make a personal appointment with her to see and try on the clothes, attend a CAbi party or host your own where you get free and half-price clothes for inviting your friends over to shop. What’s not to love about that? Some girlfriends, wine, and shopping.
Here are Juli’s three questions:
What’s your favorite part of being a business owner?
My favorite part of CAbi is meeting such incredible women and helping them to feel confident in their clothing selections. My favorite part of being a business owner is flexibility, baby! I love being able to build my business around my life! I block out the dates for my family and am able to fully participate in my other jobs, mom and wife.
What’s your personal mission statement or mantra?
I don’t always do this, but say a kind word to everyone I meet. You never know what a difference a kind word will make in someone’s life.
If you could give a piece of advice to the next generation about how to succeed in life, what would that be?
Follow your passion and be willing to work hard. I’m afraid this generation has lost sight of paying your dues, working in the trenches. I volunteered for my first job with no pay at The Family Channel for a year. When I graduated they made a job for me. Hard work does pay off.
